Practice Manager
Eastern Virginia

A large health care facility in Eastern Virginia is seeking a person with knowledge and experience in multi-specialty physician group practice operations. The selected individual will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in finance and practice operations, as well as the ability to lead the growth of the practice.

Reporting to the Vice President of Employer and Physician Services, this person will join another Practice Manager in directing the overall operations function and oversight of staff for 7 practice locations and will play a key role in the addition of two to three sites in the near future. A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or health care management is required with at least 2-3 years of practice management experience. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Qualified candidates should also have excellent communication and people skills that allow them to relate to others in a manner that will win confidence and encourage support.
