Tennessee: Director, Operations—Occupational Health

This full time exempt position reports to the President of the Occupational Health program. The program is structured as a for profit LLC under the auspices of a not for profit healthcare system. They are seeking a person with knowledge and experience in direct clinic operations to lead their growing Occupational Health program, as well as to develop and implement the strategy for expansion into other markets.

The person selected for this role will direct the overall operations function and oversee staff for one clinic and play a key role in the expansion of programs. A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, health care management or a related field is required with at least 7 years of experience in Occupational Health operations management. Qualified candidates should also have excellent customer service skills and strong leadership skills that allow them to refine operations and enhance program growth.
