Susanne DeweySuzanne Dewey, President of Forte Partners
Suzanne R. Dewey works on projects that focus on business/program development, physician relations, market research and marketing strategies. She has worked with physicians on practice development and marketing. Prior to founding FORTE partners, Suzanne worked with CHG as an associate consultant for over five years.

Suzanne has worked in varied delivery settings: a community hospital, an academic medical center, a Fortune 100 insurance company and a hospital association concentrating in marketing, planning and fund-raising. Within leadership positions, she has implemented physician relations, physician recruitment, marketing and business development programs. She has worked with physician teams forwarding collaboration across a network of health care organizations and has served as executive director for a membership organization. Suzanne also has management experience in fund-raising and public relations.

She has a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College and graduated from Boston University with an M.B.A. in health care management.

Katharine White derives her experiences in health care, real estate, retail, financial services, insurance and the academic setting and utilizes her unique background to forge strategic partnerships with clients to achieve results while balancing work with personal life. Built on years as a psychotherapist, psychiatric consultant, and organizational development specialist, she applies psychology of change principles to help people make behavior shifts toward optimal outcomes. Leaders quickly derive value from a trusting coaching partnership with her.

As an executive in patient care, quality management and organizational development, she created her own leadership renaissance from years as a front line worker through positions of educator and consultant to executive. Formerly adjunct faculty at Northeastern University and University of Rhode Island, adult learning principles are part of her business approach to building leadership strength.  Throughout her career, she was continually promoted to stretch positions, often without seeking promotion, and learned quickly the strategy of getting strong as a leader through a strategic process she has coined the LeadStrong™ method.
