Carolyn Merriman, President and Founder
Carolyn Merriman is the founder and president of Corporate Health Group (CHG). Her extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management was through her work in the insurance and healthcare industries. She provides consultation for strategic and business planning, occupational health, physician relations, call centers, marketing and sales. She and her team are known for truly understanding the healthcare environment, having the ability to build strategy and support the client through a hands-on approach to implementation.
Carolyn has served as faculty and presenter for several healthcare associations such as ACHE, AHA-SHSMD, The Forum, Physician Referral and Health Information, AHA-ASHHRA and Ryan-NAOHP. She is a noted speaker and contributing author for healthcare periodicals, and co-author of Physician Relations Today: A Model for Growth, and co-author of A Comprehensive Guide to Occupational Health Sales and Marketing.

Catherine Baumgardner, Consultant
Catherine Baumgardner has worked in the senior levels of healthcare management and consulting for more than 20 years. Catherine’s expertise is in working with healthcare organizations that want to create ideal customer experiences for their key constituents…patients, physicians, employees and community members. Catherine has the unique ability to guide organizations in building cultures that are focused and deliver on customer experiences that differentiate the organization and create a competitive advantage. Catherine is also a dynamic trainer and facilitates courses that enhance the skills of operations staff in their customer relationships. Catherine is also a certified facilitator of the Speaker's Training Camp, one of eight in the nation.
Catherine received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH. She has served as faculty and presenter for many healthcare societies and associations, including Press Ganey, ASHHRA, Ryan-NAOHP and NESHS. Catherine’s articles have been widely published on the regional and national level. Catherine is an active member in the following organizations: ACHE, SHSMD, and the Ohio State University Alumni Advisory Council.

Jill Stratton, Consultant
Jill Stratton has worked at the senior level of healthcare outreach and sales program development, training and management for almost 20 years. Jill’s expertise is in working with healthcare organizations that want to start outreach and consultative sales to the physician, employer and payer markets, and working with existing outreach and sales programs that want to assess their programs and train their staff to maximize organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Her experience in building and managing outreach and sales programs, as well as her experience in leading hospital executives, physicians and boards in strategic development enables her to work at all levels in an organization from sales training and plan development to facilitating and education at the senior level. Jill’s professional background includes starting outreach and consultative sales programs for multi-hospital systems including relationship and activity management utilizing GoldMine software to maximize return on investment tracking. Jill’s work in the field as a consultative sales and outreach specialist further enhances her ability to connect with her clients through the sharing of real life experiences during training and planning consulting engagements.
Jill has served as faculty and presenter for several healthcare societies and associations, such as AHA Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, Forum for Healthcare Strategists, Ryan-NAOHP, and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
