Do you manage the whole process or just the sourcing part? We believe that second level interviews and salary negotiation works best if it’s between the client and the candidate. Therefore, we source and screen candidates and you take it from there. Because our fees are not based upon negotiated salary, you are in a position to manage the selection process as it best suits you and to negotiate salary. We will share candidate salary expectations to assist you in this process.
How do you stay in contact with the candidates? We handle the communication process for prospects as well as candidates. Once you notify us of interest in a person that we have submitted, we let them know that they will be hearing from you, and then you take it from there. However, throughout the interview process, we stay in touch with both you and the candidate to gain and share insights that may be of help to you in your hiring process. Our goal is to keep the candidate well informed and interested throughout the process.
