What process do you use to keep the client up to date with the process and candidates? By nature of our process, we are in constant contact with the client. As soon as we determine that we have a candidate with the potential for a “fit”, we submit a summary and CV to you within 24 hours. Once you give us the green light, we notify the candidate immediately on your behalf. Additionally, we provide you with regular formal monthly reports, and interim informal updates to be certain that we are on track with your expectations in terms of candidate qualification.
