Corporate Health Group knows that an organization’s most important asset is often its people.  We also know that although positions may sound similar, they can be very different from organization to organization.  We carefully manage the search to be sure we find the right person by:
  • Having you complete client profiles so that we can understand your organizational culture requirements and specifically the types of candidates you are looking for. 
  • Using this information to position your opportunity in the marketplace.
  • Assigning specific callers to work the marketplace targeted to best find the candidates who meet your organizational profile. 
  • Thoroughly screening interested candidates to be sure they meet your requirements before sending them to you for an interview.

Corporate Health Group works with you as a retained firm, with one flat fee per position recruited.  If you are hiring multiple people into the same position, the same flat fee applies.  All costs will be reviewed up front so that there are no hidden fees or surprises at the end of the process.
 
While there are no guarantees due to the market and location of placement, our typical fill occurs within 90 days.  Because of our experience, our targeted sourcing approach and our screening process, clients typically have a pool of five to seven highly qualified candidates within 60 days of beginning the process.
