Corporate Health Group works with you as a retained firm, with one flat fee per position recruited. If you are hiring multiple people into the same position, the same flat fee applies. All costs will be reviewed up front so that there are no hidden fees or surprises at the end of the process.
While there are no guarantees due to the market and location of placement, our typical fill occurs within 90 days. Because of our experience, our targeted sourcing approach and our screening process, clients typically have a pool of five to seven highly qualified candidates within 60 days of beginning the process. |
