CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees are refundable until March 16, 2012, less $100 administrative fee per registrant. After March 16, 2012 there will be no refunds. Participants unable to attend may send an alternate in their place.

CHG reserves the right to cancel the course with 30 days notice if the participant minimum is not met. It is recommended that airline tickets not be purchased until after March 19, 2012. In the case of CHG cancellation, a full registration fee refund will be issued. CHG is not responsible for fees or expenses incurred due to cancellation of participant travel.
