Every three years a most valuable study is conducted about the characteristics, operations and strategies of healthcare call centers throughout the country. Sponsored by the Corporate Health Group, Neathawk, Dubuque & Packett, and Healthcare Call Center Times, the 2012 Healthcare Call Center Survey is now open for participation through the end of February. The results of the study will be available in the July/August, September and October issues of Healthcare Call Center Times and through an executive summary in late summer.
